The writer keeps the copyright in original work submitted to Timberline Hollow unless a separate signed agreement expressly transfers specified rights. Uploading a manuscript does not transfer ownership.

Writers must have permission for manuscripts, cover images, illustrations, audio, quotations, and other submitted material. Timberline Hollow may remove material after a sufficiently detailed infringement notice or credible ownership dispute.

To report infringement, identify the protected work, the material at issue, its location, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. A formal notice process and designated contact will be added before marketplace launch.
