Writers retain ownership of their original work. You grant Timberline Hollow only the permission necessary to store, display, sell, distribute, or promote material you deliberately submit for those purposes. You must own or control the rights to anything you upload.

Purchases, refunds, delivery terms, and retailer-specific conditions will be disclosed at checkout. A reader account may be created from checkout details so purchased material can be securely delivered.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, endanger another person, infringe rights, evade enforcement, or compromise the service. Serious safety concerns may be preserved and reported when required or reasonably appropriate.

Public author pages, covers, portraits and banners must follow the Author Page & Cover Rules: no exposed breasts, visible breast nipples, genital nudity, sexual acts or graphic sexual descriptions. This applies to photos, illustrations and AI artwork. Passing adult-author profiles may publish automatically after connected content checks; uncertain or failed checks stay private for review. A non-owner author may publish one new book per calendar day in America/New_York time. Drafts and profile edits do not use that allowance.
